(baobab and banana)

PREPARATION
- 2 overripe bananas4 ice cubes1 vanilla bean
- 2 tbsp baobab powder (see tip p. 170)
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- Put the bananas and ice cubes in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Split the vanilla bean in half lengthways and scrape the seeds into the blender. Add the baobab powder, brown sugar, and half of the milk, then blend again for 1 minute.
Add the remaining milk and blend for another 1 minute or until frothy. Serve immediately.
